Packaging&Shipping

1 Packaging: Take strong bags/boxes/cartons for package, in order to reduce the damage during the shipments. Tape and reel packing, Clam shell packing, Pallet packing etc are available.

2 Delivery Method: by sea, by air, or express such as DHL/TNT/UPS etc…

3 Delivery Time: normally 7-15 days, could be negotiable when order is urgent.

Inspection and test

While ensuring the quality of raw materials, all products are artificial universal inspection, the poor rate is controlled below 3 per thousand

Test

Before the product is out of the factory, the products should be samples by torque test, solder test, wire test and salt fog test. All the tests can be qualified before they leave the factory  

RFQ

Q1. Can I have a sample order for your items?

Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check our quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.

Q2. How about the lead time?

Samples need 3 days, mass production time needs around 10-15 days.

Q3. Do you have MOQ for your items?

Yes, Normal items MOQ is 1000pcs. If you need special items, then please check with me firstly.

Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it takes to arrive?

For small order, we usually send it by express, such as Fedex, DHL, UPS, TNT. It takes 5-7 days. For mass order, we can send by air or by sea.

Q5. How will you ensure your quality?

We have QC department for raw material and finished products. When raw material comes, our QC will test. And before goods sent out, our QC will check firstly, if goods is ok, we will send, Or it will be returned.

Q6. Is OEM and ODM available?

Yes, OEM and ODM cooperating model is available.
